Room Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

  • A group occupying more than five rooms will be given 20% off from the approved rates.
  • Guests staying more than two weeks are also eligible for 20% off from the approved rate.
  • All the above rates are approved by the Department of Tourism, Government of Himachal Pradesh.
  • 5% VAT is appicable on food.
  • Checkout time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Reservation should be made either individually or through correspondence. We do not entertain reservation by phone.
  • Reservation is comfirmed only with an advance remittance of 50% of the duration of stay.
  • Cancellation charges shall apply as per the terms which are fixed separately as mentioned above.***
  • The advance is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled after 15 days from the date of booking.
  • No charge for children below 5yrs old.
  • No guarantee on availability or confirmation of booking without advance or advance not received within the specified date.
  • We do not accept credit exchange vouchers
  • Full Payment must be made at the time of Check-out.
  • All the government taxes are applicable.
